A TEST IN LEADERSHIP:
The influence that a leader has depends on the size of the playing field.
As a leader, perhaps you are generously armed with intelligence, wisdom, perspective, problem solving abilities, common sense, charisma, persuasion, knowledge, training, focus and experience in leading others.
If you were to assume "the ultimate" position of leadership that would be watched, tested and evaluated by the world,
And you took over that role knowing that very close to half the people you were leading were angry about the fact it is you,
And the other half are still annoyed about all the trouble it took to get you there,
And the process alone resulted in dissention, adding some very large issues to your already long to do list,
And it was your job to unify three hundred million people and make a positive impression on the balance of those watching,
Where would YOU be without clarity?
