Leader's Roundtable:
Paradise or Paralysis, The Challenge of Parachurch and the Local Church.

Last month's Leader's Roundtable was so successful, we've decided to do another one. One of our participants, the leader of an internationally focused organization asked that we consider tackling the challenges of the having the parachurch come in alongside the local church. Who knows more, the local church or the parachurch? Who should be in charge, the local church or the parachurch? How can the parachurch strike up a more effective relationship with the local church?

If you are in executive leadership in either a parachurch organization or in a local church, your participation will count. We are looking for participation from leaders who work both nationally and globally. Perhaps you have been on the mission field and have direct observations to make. We'd like to have you attend.

This time our Leader's Roundtable will be 90 minutes to give more time to work with the topic. For about 10 minutes of that time, Judy or Gary will coach one leader around some practical consideration of this vital topic. If you're interested in being that leader and have something to ask around this topic, come prepared to briefly state your organizations problem, challenge or opportunity. We want to give practical coaching support to our participants.

So get on the phone and call your organizations leadership for this one. We will work hard to make it a valuable time for you and your organization. Registration will be limited to about 25 people.
